The Mill at Saco Falls

The Mill at Saco Falls is a multi-family housing project for Maine Workforce Housing of Portland. Through the careful and extensive redevelopment of a 19th Century textile mill on the falls of the Saco River, this project is able to provide 66 low-income and market rate dwellings.
