The Bass Artist Housing condominiums is a unique project in that the developer wanted to provide combined housing and studio space for local Portland artists in an affordable, well appointed environment. The project contributes to the local arts culture by supporting these artists with a space that is conducive to work in any media, while establishing a collective, collaborative experience by maintaining an arts requirement for all tenants.
