Saco Island

A contemporary riverfront development in downtown Saco.

Archetype worked with the developer and property owner to produce a master plan proposal for the development of Saco Island in Saco, ME. The riverfront complex would incorporate hotel and office spaces, as well as 87 units of residential housing. The site incorporates river access and walking paths that connect to existing downtown Saco.
