Contemporary Condominiums Overlooking Lincoln Park

Verdante at Lincoln Park is the third project Archetype has completed with New Height Group. This high end condo project comprises six stories of luxury housing from studios to four bedrooms. Appointed in stately grey brick with wood finish accents, Verdante is a new twist on Portlands brick architecture.

Verdante includes fully enclosed resident parking, fitness and guest rooms, a shared roof deck, and expansive views of Portland. Commercial space was incorporated into this project from the ground up, with the intention to provide the Hampshire street neighborhood with active community space. Site improvements help enforce our context centered approach to the design of this building. Burying power lines, improving nearby parks, and ensuring that sidewalks and pathways are safe and clear for pedestrians help Verdante facilitate a transition in scale from Franklin to Hampshire street, while creating a pleasant and varied streetscape that augments the fabric of the city.
